Event application and registration

This guided walkthrough uses sample data. No participant data, payment, or vendor request is used.

1. Apply once with your contact, vehicle, event, and experience information.

2. Save the confirmation number. The application is received for review, not automatically approved.

3. Approved applicants receive a private registration link. Waitlisted applicants do not pay or sign a waiver.

4. Use the private link to save your event profile and confirm payment once.

5. DocuSeal sends the electronic waiver and confirms the completed signature automatically.

6. Activate the account invitation to enter the event Member Chat.
