Refund and cancellation policy.

What customers buy

Missed Job Rescue sells a remote digital setup service for home-service businesses. The launch setup fee is $1,500. The optional recovery watch is $300 per month after setup.

Setup guarantee

If Missed Job Rescue does not help recover at least one real booked estimate within 14 days after setup is active, the customer may request a refund of the setup fee.

Refund requests

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact form at missedjobrescue.com/contact. Include the customer business name, payment email, setup date, and reason for the request.

Cancellation

Monthly recovery watch may be canceled before the next billing period by contacting support. Cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund prior completed service periods.

Non-refundable work

Completed setup work may be non-refundable outside the 14-day setup guarantee, including approved messaging, routing configuration, setup briefs, and support already delivered.
